At Olive Ateliers, we curate unique, one-of-a-kind objects that carry the character of their history. If your selection doesn't perfectly suit your space, we offer a 14-day return window for eligible items in their original, unaltered condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a preliminary authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items in their original shipping materials, ensuring that fragile objects are adequately padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days of authorization.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our atelier team inspects the returned item to verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a restocking fee.
